Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

There will be no refund of the amount paid. Instead , we will provide a purchase voucher that allows you to redeem the corresponding amount .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item and send you the voucher to use within three months.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over 75€, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
